Asset consultancy support following organisational restructure. Repairs and maintenance service option appraisal including a review of the current in house service provision. Client consultancy support following completion of a repairs option appraisal. Strategic appraisal of the 30 year stock improvement programme to rationalise in line with the financial plan. On going assignment to increase borrowing capacity and realise efficiencies across capital works.

Engaged to undertake a comprehensive repairs options appraisal and subsequently the project management of the establishment of a company owned internalised repairs and maintenance service. Recommisionned as interim project directors to further review the new service resulting in harmonised terms and conditions for the repairs operatives, improved efficiency and a reduction in the cost of the service.
