Consultancy support as part of the repairs transformation project. Developed and led on repairs transformation project resulting in a new target operating model, service restructure and improvement in service delivery and key performance metrics.

Option appraisal review of the repairs and maintenance service and retained to implement the delivery of and provide expert support for the internalisation of the service. Provision of asset management support in the delivery of a number of complex projects.

Strategic and technical consultancy support for the delivery of the repairs and maintenance service and the development of a project plan for the potential direct delivery of the repairs and maintenance service.

Strategic consultancy support as part of a transfer of ALMO services into full council control. Provision of commercial support of the reprocured repairs and maintenance service contracts. Completion of a landlord compliance health check. Retained to provide additional support following transfer of the ALMO into full council control.

Yorkshire Housing
Asset consultancy support following organisational restructure. Repairs and maintenance service option appraisal including a review of the current in house service provision. Client consultancy support following completion of a repairs option appraisal. Review of procurement practices for the in-house repairs service and leading on procurement of the commercial cleaning contract.

Newark & Sherwood Homes
Provision of strategic and technical asset management support. Undertaking of compliance health check and ensuring measures in place to provide a robust compliance framework. Mobilisation of new gas safety contractor. Support in the development of asset and compliance policies and procedures.

Bromford Housing Group
Provision of strategic asset management and asset compliance support. Embedding of new aligned ways of working post merger and development of new compliance policies and procedures.

Melton Borough Council
Design and development of MBC Tenants Handbook, covering all aspects of repairs and maintenance and tenancy services.

River Clyde Homes
Strategic asset support in the establishment of a new group structure including the creation of a combined client contractor function. Improvement plan for the management of the capital programme. Review of the core asset data including the set-up of a new asset database and the revision of the 5-year and 30-year capital plan. Landlord compliance health check and ensuring measures in place to provide robust compliance framework.

Community Gateway Association
Strategic appraisal of the 30 year stock improvement programme to rationalise in line with the financial plan. On going assignment to increase borrowing capacity and realise efficiencies across capital works.

Cobalt Housing
Project Director with strategic lead of customer services of asset management, repairs, landlord compliance and neighbourhood services. Development programme delivery including the development and launch of the Growth and Asset Management Strategy. Landlord compliance health check including development of compliance policies and the implementation compliance dashboard to ensure robust compliance framework. Comprehensive repairs option appraisal to determine future delivery on repairs, void and grounds maintenance service delivery.

Salix Homes
Engaged to undertake a comprehensive repairs options appraisal and subsequently the project management of the establishment of a company owned internalised repairs and maintenance service. Recommisionned as interim project directors to further review the new service resulting in harmonised terms and conditions for the repairs operatives, improved efficiency and a reduction in the cost of the service.
